Routine Test

  1. Inspection of assembly including wiring
  2. Continuity Test
  3. Insulation Resistance tested by (Megger) 500/1000 V
  4. High Voltage Test by HV Test Kit 2 kV for 1 minute

Type Test

  1. Short cicuit test as per IS 8623 (part I) 8.2.3-1993
  2. Temperature rise test as per IS 8623 (part I) 8.2.1 -1993

Special Test

  1. Primary injection test
  2. Secondary injection test
  3. Verification of Power Coat thickness
