Shivam’s manufacturing facilities for all types of switchboards standard products are at Kalher, Ambernath, Dist Thane and Powai, Mumbai. These facilities are spreaded in total are of 25000 Sq. and follow world-class processes including Lean Manufacturing, Forced Draft Ventilation System, Total Quality Management, and Value Engineering. The manufacturing units have a testing facility that includes 2000 A primary injection current source, 2.5 kV insulation testers, and Secondary current injection source.

The quality management systems at all factories conform to ISO 90012008, ISO 14001 2004 & OHSAS 18001 2007 Standards. All facilities have dedicated areas. To meet the customer demands we work in two shifts per day

  • 2D / 3D design
    • In house 2D/ 3D design capabilities using ZWC cad for enclosure fabrication design.
  • Turret punching
    • Muratech CNC Servo Motor Driven Ram Turret Punch Press M2044TS / M2048TS Servo Drive Pioneer Motorum have evolved to a new utility. An environment-friendly eco-machine, Motorum uses the energy it needs only at the time of punching, thanks to the servo motor drive mechanism

    • A power shear is electrically and pneumatically powered tool to cut straight lines and relatively large radius curves.

    • These bending machines can offer optimal accuracy with electric-hydraulic servo system and advanced CNC machine. The bending process can be set according to customers requirements. The non-corrosive surface allows much less maintenance for the press brakes.
